Subject: Payment of Domestic Help Allowance to retired Judicial Officers with their pension.

   The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject cited above and to say that the matter regarding payment of Domestic Help Allowance to retired Judicial Officers with their pension was under consideration of the Government for some time past. After careful consideration of the matter, it has been decided that the Domestic Help Allowance will be paid to the retired judicial officers with their pension on the analogy of medical allowance.

Subject: - Grant of Dearness Relief to Himachal Pradesh Government Pensioners/ Family Pensioners-Revised rate effective from 01-01-2012.

   The undersigned is directed to refer to this departments O.M. No. Fin (Pen)B(10)-6/98-III dated 24th March, 2012 sanctioning one instalment of dearness relief with effect from 01-07-2011 and to say that the Governor, Himachal Pradesh is pleased to decide that dearness relief payable to the Himachal Pradesh Government Pensioners/Family Pensioners shall be enhanced from the existing rate of 58% to 65% w.e.f, 01-01-2012.

   2. Payment of Dearness relief involving a fraction of a rupee shall be rounded off to the next higher rupee.

Enhancement of rate of fixed medical allowance from Rs.100/-P.M. to Rs.250/-P.M. to the State Government employees/pensioners.

Subject:- Enhancement of rate of fixed medical allowance from Rs.100/-P.M. to Rs.250/-P.M. to the State Government employees/pensioners.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM

   The matter regarding enhancement of rate of fixed medical allowance to the State Government employees was under consideration of the Government .In supersession of this department office memorandum dated 18.8.2007, it has been decided by the Government to enhance the rate of fixed medical allowance from Rs.l00/-P.M. to Rs.250/-P.M. This would be applicable to only those Government employees/pensioners who have opted for fixed medical allowance.
