Subject:- Grant of Dearness Relief to State Government Pensioners/Family Pensioners on the revised rates w.e.f. 01.07.2013.

I am directed to refer to Finance Department letter No.4/7/99-2FR/12915, dated 16th May, 2013 on the subject noted above and to say that the Governor of Haryana is pleased to revise the Dearness Relief to the Pensioners/Family Pensioners of the Haryana Government on the revised Pension/Family Pension with effect from 1st July, 2013 in the following manner:
Payment of Dearness Allowance to Haryana Government Employees on unrevised scales of pay effective from 01.07.2013.

Subject: Payment of Dearness Allowance to Haryana Government Employees on unrevised scales of pay effective from 01.07.2013
Sir/Madam,
I am directed to invite a reference to Finance Department circular letter No. 1/2009-5FR/23648 dated 2nd September, 2013 on the subject noted above and to say that the Governor of Haryana has decided that the Dearness Allowance payable to Haryana Government employees on un-revised scale of pay shall be enhanced from the existing rate of 166% to 183% of the pay w.e.f 01.07.2013.
