NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, dated: 28 JUNE 2013.

Subject : - Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules 2008.

   In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Rajasthan is pleased to make the following rules to amend further the Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules 2008 namely :-

   1. These rules may be called the Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) (Tenth Amendment) Rules 2013.

   2. They shall come into force with effect from 01.07.2013.

   3. In the Rajasthan Civil Service (Revised Pay) Rules, 2008 - after the existing Rule 22, the following new Rule 22A shall be inserted, namely:-

   “22A Advance Increment - A Government servant shall be entitled to Advance Increments with the revised pay as provided in Schedule VI appended to these rules.

ADVANCE INCREMENTS

Medical & Health Department   (i) Rajasthan Medical Service (Collegiate Branch) Senior Demonstrator (Non-Clinical) (ii) Rajasthan Medical & Health Service (General Branch) Medical Officer	5400/- 5400/-	For post graduate degree or equivalent diploma in any branch of Medicine or Surgery:- (i) Fresh recruits shall be allowed three non compounded advance increments. (ii) Those who have already acquired these qualification and who shall acquire these qualification while in service shall be allowed three non compounded advance increments. (iii) These provisions shall not be applicable to those who have already availed benefit of higher initial pay / advance increment in accordance with the provisions in force prior to 06.05.2002.
