   Pensioners from Department of Economic Affairs, Security Printing & Minting Corporation of India Ltd.(SPMCIL) and National Saving Institute(NSI) who had retired from the Government Service on or before 31.3.2006, are requested to fill-up the details in the enclosed Performa along with the documents mentioned therein and send the same to the following officers through Speed/Registered Post expeditiously so that the proposal regarding revision of their pension could be finalized at the earliest.
