Sub: - House Building Advance Scheme to State Government Employees — Extension of date for online registration of HBA Applications by Heads of Departments and Sanctioning Authorities 2013-14 — Further instructions issued - reg.
Ref: - 1) G.O (P) No. 505/2009/Fin, dated 12.11.2009
2) Circular No.38/2010/Fin, dated 30.04.2010
3) Circular No.48/2013/Fin, dated 28.05.2013.
The time for online registration of HBA applications for the year of 2013-14 was fixed from 01.06.2013 to 29.06.2013.
2) It has been brought to the notice of the undersigned that some online applications have not been got registered despite doing the same by department within time (eg:- Urban affairs) due to technical snag.
3) Besides, some employees who were absent from duty or could not submit their fully completed application on 15.05.2013 has also requested Government permission for registering the same online.
4) Government have considered the issue in detail and are pleased to extend the date for online application of eligible cases as envisaged and laid down in Government Order under 1st cited, up to 31.07.2013 (5 PM). Heads of the Departments are directed to forward the appendix III statement to Finance Department before 10.08.2013 as provided under Government Order 1st cited for combined inspection.
