Sub: Award of Incentive to the Government employees who have rendered 25 years of unblemished service — Orders issued — Extension of the same to State Public Sector Undertakings / Statutory Boards — Regarding.

Ref: 1) G.O.Ms.No.390/Finance (Paycell) Dept dt.7.11.2012

   I am directed to enclose a copy of the G.O. cited wherein the Government have issued orders sanctioning cash award of Rs.2000/-(Rupees two thousand only) as an incentive to the employees who have rendered twenty five years of unblemished service along with a Certificate (Annexure) and request you to adopt the above G.O. after placing the same before the Board of your Corporation/ Statutory Board subject to the conditions that (a) the grant of such cash award of Rs.2000/-(Rupees two thousand only) shall be considered in respect of the employees who have completed 25 years of unblemished service in the organization (b) unblemished record of service would mean absence of any punishment or adverse remark in the record excluding warnings (c) consideration of such award in respect of the employees against whom a charge is pending or contemplated may be deferred and the same may be taken up if they are exonerated subsequently (d) any sort of financial assistance from the Government shall not be sought for while implementing the above concession.
