Sub: -  House Building Advance Scheme to State Government Employees 2012-13 — Combined State wise Seniority List & Combined State Eligibility List — Published - Reg.

Ref: -  1) G.O (P) No. 505/2009/Fin, dated 12.11.2009
           2) Circular No.28/2012/Fin, dated 30.05.2012.

   In the Government Order dated 12.11.2009, Government have reintroduced the House Building Advance Scheme to State Government Employees and Teachers. Vide circular 2nd cited all the Heads of Departments and Sanctioning Authorities were instructed to make online registration of HBA applications 2012-13 from 01.06.2012 to 30.06.2012.

   2). In pursuance of the above and after verification, Government are pleased to publish the Combined State wise Seniority List and Combined State wise Eligibility List (1st batch allotment) 2012-13 prepared by generating from the HBA SEL website, where applications were registered online by the Heads of Departments and Sanctioning Authorities through web based computer processing.

   3). The Combined HBA State wise Seniority List of applicants was attached as annexure -I and Combined State wise Eligibility List as per budget provision as annexure - II

   4). The Department wise allotment letter enclosing the list of applicants will be issued separately.
